PARP-014B
PAR-4 (1-6) amide (mouse)
H-Gly-Tyr-Pro-Gly-Lys-Phe-NH2\nTrifluoroacetate salt
Size:25
P1(RMB):1170
MW:666.78
One letter sequence:GYPGKF-NH2
Molecular Formula:C33H46N8O7
Description:Protease-activated receptor-4 activating peptide derived from murine PAR-4. This peptide was able to cause rat platelet aggregation with an EC50 value of 40 μM. Its effect on leucocyte rolling and adherence points at a role of PAR-4 in mediating proinflammatory processes.\n The family of at least seven transmembrane G protein coupled receptors includes at least four receptor subtypes (PAR1, PAR2, PAR3, PAR4). PAR4 activating peptides, GYPGKF-NH2 and AYPGKG-NH2, produce concentration dependent contractile effects on the muscle.
